1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are handed over to DHL within 1-2 business days. DHL will then inform you of the delivery time at your home, or at a DHL collection point of your choice.
2. How can I track my order?
In order to track your order online, you will receive a personal track & trace code via email. Click on the link in the email to track your order.
Did you receive a track & trace but the link does not work? This may be because the track & trace code only works when DHL has actually scanned the package. We advise you to try again later or the next day.
If your track & trace link does not display any information, the package has unfortunately been sorted incorrectly by DHL. It may then take several working days before the package is sorted correctly.
3. Can I also pick up my order myself?
Yes, in the Netherlands and Belgium you choose a DHL service point near you when ordering. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a message from DHL that you can pick up the package.
4. How can I pay at the Train to Win Sports?
You can pay for your order at the Train to Win Sports safely and easily via Adyen. You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay. You can also pay afterwards. If you choose iDEAL, you can pay via all banks affiliated with iDEAL.
Postpay (via Klarna):
Orders with a delivery and billing address in the Netherlands (no PO Box!) are eligible for postpay. After receiving your order, you will receive an email with the necessary information to pay for your order afterwards. Want to know more about Klarna?
5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary per country. Check the shipping costs per country on the shipping policy page.
6. I have not received an order confirmation.
There is a chance that your order confirmation has been delivered to your spam folder. Check this and if you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact our customer service.
8. Warranty
Every Train to Win Sports article meets the highest quality requirements. If, against all expectations, the article shows defects during normal use, we will repair them free of charge. After our assessment, this may involve replacement or repair. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Naturally, normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty outside the Netherlands
Products that are eligible for warranty but are in use abroad can be returned in consultation. However, both the costs for sending to the Train to Win Sports and the return shipping to the customer are for the account of the owner of the article.

10. How can I change my details?
To change your details, you must be logged in. At the top of the screen you will see a heading “Log in”. After logging in, you can then add and/or change your details. All details known to the Train to Win Sports will only be used to provide you with the best possible service. Your details will not be used for other purposes and/or sold to third parties.
