Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return it without giving a reason within the 30-day inspection period. We will then refund the purchase price of the returned items within 7 days of receiving the return.


Return conditions
A return must meet the following conditions:

  • the return shipment includes the original packing slip and enclosed return form;
  • the articles are clean and complete;
  • the items have not been washed, altered or damaged;
  • the items are in a condition that corresponds to normal 'try-on use' – as you would try them on in a regular store;
  • the items are packed in the original, undamaged packaging;
  • All original labels and tags are still attached to the item.

 

Returns
Request your return label and stick it over the original shipping label. You can also opt for a QR code that you can have scanned at the DHL point. The QR code will be sent to the specified email address and can be scanned at the DHL point. The processing costs for the return are € 2.95 and will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products. If you want to exchange a product, you can return the product free of charge (for an explanation, see the Returns section). You can then place a new order in the webshop. This way, you can be sure that the desired item(s) are in stock. Normally, we charge €2.95 return costs. Write the new order number on the return form to ensure that no return costs are charged for your exchange.

Refund
After receiving the return, we will process the refund in the system as soon as possible. The processing costs of € 2.95 will be deducted.
